• Home Equity Line of Credit up to 10 years, variable/fixed rate available
• 2nd mortgage fixed rate, up to 90% loan to value, 5 or 7 years

• 2nd mortgage refinance, up to 100% loan to value, up to 120 months  

   

Land of Lincoln Credit Union can offer these mortgage/real estate loans for members whose property* is located in Macon, DeWitt, Shelby, Christian, Clay, Fayette, Piatt, Moultrie, Coles, Jasper, Cumberland, Douglas, Bond, Montgomery, Edgar, Clark and Effingham counties plus any county adjacent to these counties and Marion and Crawford counties.
