
Lincoln Line, LLCU's audio response, places your accounts at your fingertips around the clock!! Lincoln Line is safe, fee-free, and easy to use. You may access your LLCU accounts at times most convenient to you! Lincoln Line audio response is available 23 hours a day, seven days a week for the following transactions:
To start using Lincoln Line, you just need to fill out a small authorization form and drop it by one of our convenient locations. LLCU will then generate a random Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you will receive in the mail in a few days. Once you have received a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may access the audio response system by calling 217-424-9400 for the Decatur area or 1-800-500-9401 outside the Decatur area.

When entering dollars and cents, the system automatically knows where to enter the decimal, e.g. $950.25 would simply be entered as 95025# and $300.00 would be entered as 30000#
