First Login Instructions for New Online Banking

As a current user of LLCU’s Home Banking system, we wanted to make you aware of a few important changes have taken place. On Tuesday, November 17th, LLCU’s Home Banking system has been upgraded to a new, improved and much easier to navigate format. Due to the conversion, you will be instructed to perform the following steps on your FIRST login at the new login screen which is located on our home page:

  • Enter Your User ID (This is your account number).
  • When prompted for PIN*, ENTER last (4) digits of Social Security Number.
  • Select ENROLL after reading the disclosure about Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Enter a PASS PHRASE.
  • Select a PASS IMAGE.  Hit Submit.
  • Set up (3) New Security Questions/Answers.
  • Change Your Password | Next to 'Old Password' enter the last (4) digits of Social Security Number and then change it to whatever you’d like your new password to be.  It must be between 4 and 12 characters (letters or numbers) and IS Case-Sensitive.

  • Open new sub-accounts online
  • Access e-copies of cleared checks
  • “Forgot Password” feature to reset password
  • See all “holds” including debit authorizations
  • Place stop payments online
  • Make cross-account transfers
  • Change non-loan payroll or ACH distributions online

* Please note that PIN numbers and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) security questions are in an encrypted database for security purposes and for the protection of the user. We have chosen not to have the capability to transfer this information from one database to another for security reasons.
