Identity Theft

Land of Lincoln Credit Union, along with other Federal and Credit Union agencies such as CUNA, NAFCU and NCUA, will never send e-mails, text messages, or automated phone calls requesting your credit union account number, username, password, pin number, or other personal identifying information. LLCU members are urged to never turn over private information through e-mail or text. If you receive a suspicious phishing e-mail, text, or phone call trying to represent LLCU or a credit union organization, please notify us immediately.

Do you think you have been a victim of a cyber crime?
If you do, you should file a complaint with IC3. IC3 is a website partnered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center.  Complaints of Internet crime can be filed on-line with IC3 and are then analyzed and referred to the appropriate local, state or federal law enforcement agencies.  Click here for more information from IC3.
