LLCU ANNOUNCES SEVERAL NEW APPOINTMENTS TO TEAM

Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) is pleased to announce several exciting personnel changes at LLCU. Corey Conroy has been promoted to Senior Vice President-Chief Retail Officer. Conroy most recently held the position of AVP of Retail Sales at LLCU. She has over 12 years of business development and sales experience, including her time at LLCU as the Business Development Manager and then AVP of Retail Sales. In her new role, she will oversee the retail sales operations of all LLCU branches throughout the 26-county central Illinois service area. Conroy holds a Bachelor of Arts Sociology Degree from Millikin University.
Chris Smith has been named Senior Vice President-Chief Compliance Officer at LLCU. Before joining Land of Lincoln Credit Union, Smith was the Vice President of Internal Audit, Loan Review, and Compliance Officer at SCB Bancorp, Inc. in Decatur, IL. Smith has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry having served in various other capacities both at a local CPA firm and at Security Bank in Springfield, IL. He is a graduate of Millikin University and Robert Morris University.
LLCU is expanding the services they provide to central Illinois businesses in the financial services arena with the hiring of two new Business Development Managers in May. Justin Roley and Jennifer Wheat have both been designated this title and will be responsible for reaching out to central Illinois business owners and managers to provide financial services, products, and benefits tailored to the specific needs of each business. Roley is rejoining LLCU after a brief hiatus. He has been with LLCU for a total of 4.5 years where he previously served as the Effingham Branch Manager. Wheat was promoted to this position after serving for 2.5 years as the Oakland Avenue Decatur Branch Manager. Prior to her tenure at LLCU, she was a Branch Manager for Regions Bank and ONE MAIN. Wheat will work out of the Oakland Avenue, Decatur Branch.

MATTOON BRANCH MANAGER AWARDED AMBASSADOR OF THE YEAR
Heidi Schlabach, the branch manager of our Mattoon, IL locaiton was awarded the "AMBASSADOR OF THE YEAR" Award by the Mattoon Chamber of Commerce at the Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday, February 2nd. She was recognized by her peer Chamber Ambassadors for having an outstanding level of volunteer service to the Chamber. She is a strong advocate for small businesses in the greater Mattoon area.
