LLCU Announces Brandi Binkley Joins LLCU Executive Team as SVP & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
Decatur, Illinois, March 6th, 2023 – Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) announced that Brandi Binkley joins the LLCU team as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Binkley will serve as a key member of the LLCU executive management team, overseeing the design & implementation of LLCU’s human resources strategies. Initiatives under her purview include HR administration, Training & Development, Culture Enhancement, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI).

Binkley possesses experience in human resource strategy and administration with large emphasis in talent acquisition, labor law compliance, succession planning, and employee development. Binkley holds a Master of Public Administration from Hodges University in Naples, FL. She is also a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Prior to joining LLCU, Binkley served as the Public Health Administrator for Macon County Health Department (MCHD) in Decatur, IL, since 2019. Prior to that role, she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Director of Human Resources, both at MCHD.

Binkley will oversee human resource administration and strategy for all LLCU personnel throughout the 28-county LLCU service area in central Illinois. Her office is located at 4850 E. Prosperity Place in Decatur.
