We’re updating our ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM to better serve YOU!

The new platform will streamline and simplify your “BANKING FROM ANYWHERE” experience! Service will be more reliable and satisfactory than ever before. The update will provide a new look and setup, which will change BillPay and the Mobile Banking app slightly, but all be for the BETTER!

New features of the LLCU Online Banking and Mobile App will include:

  • Password Self-Reset Ability
  • Fraud Alerts
  • Simplified Login
  • Touch ID & Face ID
  • Improved Account Management
  • Credit Score Access & Tips
  • Credit Card Freeze Ability
  • Travel Alerts
  • Fewer Service Outages
  • And So Much More!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE SWITCH OVER TO THE NEW ONLINE BANKING:

Online Banking will NOT BE AVAILABLE beginning 8:00 a.m. Friday, December 4th, until we go live with the new system on Monday morning, December 7th. You will not be able to make any online transactions at this time. Please note: The Mobile App will be down until Tuesday, December 8th.

Additionally, it should be noted that we will not accept any NEW ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENTS beginning Monday, November 30th through Sunday, December 13th. New LLCU Online Banking Users will be able to enroll beginning Monday, December 14th.

BillPay will NOT BE AVAILABLE beginning at 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 3rd through 6:00a.m., Monday, December 7th, when Online Banking is restored.

Recurring and scheduled payments will be processed as normal. All of your BillPay history and payees will be available in the new system.

FIRST TIME LOGIN STEPS:

  • Step 1: You will be using your same username when logging in for the first time. For the password, please use the last six (6) digits of the primary account holder’s SSN.
  • Step 2: You may be prompted to add your phone number and/or update your email address.
  • Step 3: You will be prompted to create a new password.
  • Step 4: Set your new security questions.
  • Step 5: Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate.
  • Step 6: Enter the verification code.
  • Step 7: Accept the terms and conditions.

**First time login can be completed on a desktop computer or mobile device. PLEASE NOTE, if logging in for first time on mobile device, the LLCU Mobile Banking app software update will not be available in app stores until 6:00 AM, Tuesday, December 8th.

WHEN WILL THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING BECOME AVAILABLE?

The new and improved LLCU Online Banking (desktop version) will be available for LLCU members who were already enrolled in LLCU Online Banking prior to this newer version, on Monday, December 7th, 2020 at 6:00a.m. CT.  The new LLCU Mobile Banking App will be available for LLCU members who were already enrolled prior to this new version, on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at 8:00a.m. CT.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO ONLINE BANKING DURING THE SWITCH TO THE NEW ONLINE BANKING?

Access to LLCU Online Banking & Mobile Banking will not be available beginning at 8:00a.m. CT on Friday, December 4th, 2020.  Access will be fully restored for LLCU Online Banking Desktop Version by 6:00a.m. CT on Monday, December 7th, 2020 and it will be fully restored for LLCU Online Banking Mobile App Version by 6:00a.m. CT on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020.

During this outage, you will still be able to access your account information via Lincoln Line Phone Banking by calling 217-424-9400 (Decatur area) or 1-800-500-9401 (Outside Decatur area). For first time users of Lincoln Line Phone Banking, you’ll need to first call and enroll at 1-844-222-7788 and you will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for access.

WILL MY CURRENT ONLINE BANKING INFORMATION SIMPLY ROLL OVER TO THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM?

Yes, all account information and BillPay actions will roll over to the new system; however, there are several steps required from each member when you login to the New LLCU Online Banking for the first time. First Time Steps are as follows:

I WAS NOT ENROLLED IN ONLINE BANKING BEFORE, WHEN WILL NEW USERS BE ABLE TO ENROLL?

New, First-Time Users for LLCU Online Banking will be able to enroll in LLCU Online Banking beginning Monday, 12/14/2020 at 6:00a.m. CT. In order to enroll for the VERY first time, please follow this set of instructions:

ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENT STEPS FOR NEW USERS:

Step 1: Setup access with your Account Number, Primary Account Holder’s SSN, Mother's Maiden Name, Date of Birth & Zip Code, to validate the account.

Step 2: You will be prompted to select a username and password.

Step 3: You will now be prompted to login with your new username and password.

Step 4: Set your new security questions.

Step 5: Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate.

Step 6: Enter the verification code.

Step 7: Accept the terms and conditions.

WILL MY CURRENT LLCU MOBILE APP STILL WORK FOR THIS NEW UPGRADE?

If you already had previously downloaded the LLCU Mobile Banking App prior to this upgrade on your device, you will see a notification for a software update on your device once the new LLCU Mobile Banking App is available. The new LLCU Mobile Banking App should be available for release by app stores at 8a.m., Tuesday,  December 8th.

If you are a new user to the LLCU Mobile App entirely, the App will be available to you in the App store beginning Tuesday, December 8th; however, NEW user enrollment will not begin until Monday, December 14th at 8a.m. To download the app for the first time, simply visit your Google Play or Apple Store and search, “Land of Lincoln Credit Union” and download the free App. You’ll be able to complete first-time login for current users and new user enrollment from your device.

WILL THIS UPGRADE TO THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING AFFECT MY BILLPAY IN ANY WAY?

No, this upgrade will not affect your current BillPay settings. The only impact is that the BillPay feature will be unavailable beginning Thursday, 12/3/2020 at 8:00p.m. CT. BillPay access will resume on Monday, 12/7/2020 at 6:00a.m. CT, when Online Banking has been restored. Any payments that you had scheduled (one-time or recurring) prior to Thursday, 12/3/2020 at 8:00p.m. CT will still process during the scheduled downtime.

WILL I HAVE TO RE-SET UP SCHEDULED PAYMENTS OR BILLS IN BILLPAY ONCE THE UPGRADE IS COMPLETE?

No, all your previously scheduled payments and existing bills will still be in  your BillPay account after the upgrade.

WILL THIS CONVERSION AFFECT QUICKBOOKS & QUICKEN USERS?

Yes. The upgrade to the new online and mobile banking system on December 7th, 2020 will require QuickBooks & Quicken users to make changes to QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available by CLICKING HERE. Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days after the GO LIVE dates (12/7/20). Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
