NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING EXPERIENCE IS HERE!

The new platform streamlines and simplifies your “BANKING FROM ANYWHERE” experience! The update provides a new look and setup and so much more functionality! If you were enrolled in Online Banking prior to Dec. 7th, follow these first-time login steps to start using the new experience!


FIRST TIME LOGIN STEPS (for previously enrolled members):

  • Step 1: You will be using your same username when logging in for the first time. For the password, please use the last six (6) digits of the primary account holder’s SSN.
    • ***LLCU BUSINESS ACCOUNTS, PLEASE NOTE, for your password, use the last six (6) digits of your Tax ID number.
  • Step 2: You may be prompted to add your phone number and/or update your email address.
  • Step 3: You will be prompted to create a new password. On this step, when it asks for your "CURRENT PASSWORD", you should enter your last six (6) digits of your SSN.
  • Step 4: Set your new security questions.
  • Step 5: Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate.
  • Step 6: Enter the verification code.
  • Step 7: Accept the terms and conditions.

LLCU MOBILE APP INSTRUCTIONS:

If you had previously downloaded the LLCU Mobile Banking App prior to this upgrade on your device, you do not need to delete the app and re-download. You will simply see a notification for a software update on your device once the new LLCU Mobile Banking App is available.

***First time login can be completed on a desktop computer or mobile device.

WILL MY CURRENT ONLINE BANKING INFORMATION SIMPLY ROLL OVER TO THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM?

Yes, all account information and BillPay actions will roll over to the new system; however, there are several steps required from each member when you login to the New LLCU Online Banking for the first time. First Time Steps are as follows:

Step 5: Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate.

Step 6: Enter the verification code.

I WAS NOT ENROLLED IN ONLINE BANKING BEFORE, WHEN WILL NEW USERS BE ABLE TO ENROLL?

As a NEW USER to LLCU Online Banking (never before enrolled), your steps will be slightly different. Please follow this set of instructions:

ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENT STEPS FOR NEW USERS:

Step 1: Setup access with your Account Number, Primary Account Holder’s SSN, Mother's Maiden Name, Date of Birth & Zip Code, to validate the account.

Step 2: You will be prompted to select a username and password.

Step 3: You will now be prompted to login with your new username and password.

Step 4: Set your new security questions.

Step 5: Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate.

Step 6: Enter the verification code.

Step 7: Accept the terms and conditions.

I TRIED TO LOG IN AND IT'S NOT LETTING ME IN? WHAT'S WRONG?!

If you are having trouble with logging in for the first time, you may have inadvertently locked yourself out of your account. Let us help you get logged in and using the platform quickly.

WHY CAN'T I "LINK" ALL OF MY LLCU ACCOUNTS ANYMORE IN ONLINE BANKING?

The new LLCU Online Banking platform does not contain the option to "link" accounts under ONE password. While this creates an extra step or two for you to log out and log in to other accounts, there's a good reason for it! This separation is actually a security enhancement.

Did you know that 6.85 million bank accounts are hacked every day, that is 158 accounts every SECOND? One way to avoid that is to minimize your risk and exposure. This extra step in our online banking will help you to just that.

Consider this scenario...if a hacker was able to get in to your LLCU online banking and you had linked accounts, they would be able to access ALL of your accounts. This puts you at a greater risk, as well as any joint account holder you may have.

We know it takes a few extra seconds to login and logout of your other accounts, but we want to protect you and your assets. Please note, you are still able to transfer from one account to another with ease.

WHEN DID IT SWITCH TO THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING?

 The new and improved LLCU Online Banking (desktop version) became available for LLCU members who were already enrolled in LLCU Online Banking prior to this newer version, on Monday, December 7th, 2020 at 6:00a.m. CT.  The new LLCU Mobile Banking App became available for LLCU members who were already enrolled prior to this new version, on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at 8:00a.m. CT.

WILL MY CURRENT LLCU MOBILE APP STILL WORK FOR THIS NEW UPGRADE?

If you already had previously downloaded the LLCU Mobile Banking App prior to this upgrade on your device (prior to 11/30/20), you will see a notification for a software update on your device once the new LLCU Mobile Banking App is available. 

To download the app for the first time, simply visit your Google Play or Apple Store and search, “Land of Lincoln Credit Union” and download the free App. You’ll be able to complete first-time login for current users and new user enrollment from your device.

WILL THIS UPGRADE TO THE NEW LLCU ONLINE BANKING AFFECT MY BILLPAY IN ANY WAY?

No, this upgrade will not affect your current BillPay settings. All previously scheduled payments and recurring payments will process as usual. All payments scheduled will transition over to the new platform.

WILL THIS CONVERSION AFFECT QUICKBOOKS & QUICKEN USERS? Yes. The upgrade to the new online and mobile banking system on December 7th, 2020 will require QuickBooks & Quicken users to make changes to QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available by CLICKING HERE. Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days after the GO LIVE dates (12/7/20). Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
