LLCU Promotes Bev Davis to Executive Vice President

Decatur, Illinois, February 15th, 2022– Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) announced that Beverly Davis has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President. Davis will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of LLCU. In this new role, Davis will be second-in-command to the President (Robert Ares) and will assist with development and implementation of LLCU strategic initiatives. Davis has been with LLCU, in several capacities, for 27 years.
“In this role, Bev is tasked with assisting me in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for LLCU,” stated Robert Ares, LLCU President & CEO. “She has a great deal of experience and knowledge in so many areas of our organization, this new position will serve us well on our growth journey.”
Davis has served as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer since 2018. Prior to that, she served as Chief Information Officer (CIO), Controller, and Vice President of Special Projects.
“In my tenure here at LLCU, I have been a part of so many great experiences,” states Davis. “I look forward to this new role of assisting our President with guiding LLCU and our staff toward even more success for us as an organization and for our members.”
While Davis will oversee operations at all 13 LLCU branches throughout central Illinois, she will work primarily out of the Prosperity Place branch in Decatur.
