LLCU VP/Credit Officer Jesse Winter Earns AMA Certified Professional Management® Designation

Decatur, Illinois, September 18th, 2025 – LLCU announced that Vice President/Credit Officer, Jesse Winter, has earned the designation of Certified Professional Management® by the American Management Association (AMA-CPM). This certification is a part of a professional accreditation program designed to enhance an individual’s ability to manage others effectively, to lead within an organization, and to follow a standard of excellence in management.
Winter earned the certification after completing the exam prep coursework and subsequently, passing the certification exam in September. The AMA Standard in Management™ focuses on manager competency framework aimed at a standard of excellence in the following four business areas: professional effectiveness, relationship management, business acumen, and analytical intelligence.
Winter has been with LLCU for five years and was promoted from Assistant Vice President and Credit Manager to his new role in December of 2024.
